North Liberty Healthcare Facility Budget Increase  WATCH
The Board approved a 33 percent increase to the original $395 million budget for the UIHC at Forevergreen Road project, commonly referred to as the North Liberty Healthcare Facility. The increase is due to worldwide and local construction market inflation, higher raw material prices, limited availability of construction materials and local construction trade labor shortages. Moving forward with the project now will increase care opportunities for Iowans.
