UNI’s Rialto Dining Center hosts annual takeover with local food entrepreneurs
University of Northern Iowa Dining and John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center are proud to present the return of the second annual UNI Dining Takeover in collaboration with local food entrepreneurs. From March 25 to April 3, five local catering companies will showcase signature dishes on their menu to students, faculty and all community members at Rialto Dining Center.
“This celebration in the diversity of foods is designed to bring the University and surrounding community together”, explained Lindi Roelofse, T. Wayne Davis Chair in Entrepreneurship. “This unequivocally involves good and interesting food as a center of social gatherings, but also co-creation of solutions for win-win economic recipes.”
