JC Risewick

JC Risewick has 20 years of experience in human resources, sales and executive level leadership. With a background in human resources recruiting, sales training, management and field sales, he was able to leverage this experience to effectively grow and operate Seneca Companies, Inc., a business consisting of approximately 400 employees spanning over 19 states.  He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of Owl Services, whom purchased Seneca Companies, Inc. in 2024.  OWL Services provides a variety of services and solutions around the fuel and electric vehicle industry.

He graduated from Miami University of Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and attended the Executive Education program at the Carlson School of Management through the University of Minnesota.

Outside of Seneca, JC is married to his wife, Anne, and they share three children together. He is actively involved in ChildServe, Impact Iowa, YPO and Valley Church.

He was appointed to the Board of Regents on June 21, 2022 by Governor Reynolds to fill the remaining term of Milt Dakovich. His term expires on April 30, 2025.
