3.16 Withholding Student Transcripts
- A person may not be permitted to register for a course(s) at a Regent institution until delinquent accounts owed by the person to a Regent institution or an affiliated organization for which an institution acts as fiscal agent have been paid.
- Except as provided by bankruptcy law, a Regent institution may withhold official transcripts of the academic record of a person until delinquent accounts owed by the person to a Regent institution or to an affiliated organization for which an institution acts as fiscal agent have been paid.
