Response from Board of Regents President David Miles to Offer of Support and Assistance from the Legislative Oversight Committee
The letter, which has been made available to the public, offers the Committee’s support and assistance in the re-opened investigation into the handling of an alleged sexual assault on the University of Iowa campus on October 14, 2007.
Advisory Committee Chair Regent Bonnie Campbell Issues Statement on Payment for Services of Stolar Partnership in University of Iowa Sexual Assualt Investigation
(Urbandale, Iowa) – Today, Regent Bonnie Campbell, on behalf of the Advisory Committee, formally requested that the Executive Director inform the University of Iowa that the Board Office will review, approve, and pay all invoices from The Stolar Partnership, with the understanding that the University of Iowa will be responsible to reimburse the Board Office using non-taxpayer dollars that may not include tuition funds.
