MEDIA ADVISORY

The public release of the docket for the October 23‐24 meeting of the Board of Regents is scheduled for Tuesday, October 15 (tomorrow), between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m.

In accordance with the Board’s transparency measures, the Board Office has scheduled a media briefing conference call for Tuesday, October 15 (tomorrow), from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.  The institutions’ spokespersons and I will be available to answer your questions related to the October Board meeting.

All media are welcome to participate in the call and ask questions. To make the best use of everyone’s time on the call, we ask that your questions be limited to the October Board meeting and the materials to be released tomorrow.  We will do our best to answer your questions during the call or follow up with responses as quickly as possible following the call.

To facilitate the media questioning, please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to be recognized for questions, and I will recognize you in the order I receive your request.
